WHO THE HELL PUTS IT ON FULL BLAST? JUST BECAUSE IT SHOULD BE ABLE TO GO TO A CERTAIN LEVEL DOESN'T MEAN YOU SHOULD! SAME THING CAN HAPPEN WITH A SAMSUNG OR A SONY!
I open the box, unpacked everything, hooked up tw0 speakers, pluged in the sub-woofer and it started to smok. I unpluged the woofer, unscrewed the panel on the back and saw two diodes or resisters burned. can some one tell me who to contact to get a replacement or repair. Millenium Theater Systems speakers are White Van speakers. Cheap components, cheap construction, very good marketing. Not worth much, can actually damage your amplifier. Call the police if you are offered these for sale out of a van.
Mine has a loud hum coming from the speakers when the volume is turned up and the DVD player gives an electric shock every time I touch the eject button on it. Can't believe I was so naïve as to buy this out of the back of a van.
